Chief Accountant

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger and taxes.
  • Follow up on account payables and receivables and related reconciliations.
  • Participate in the preparation of the annual budget and periodic forecasts data in coordination with internal stakeholders;
  • Liaise regularly with the direct manager and other internal stakeholders on accounting related inquiries.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in the management of stock depreciation.
  • Prepare the payroll and coordinate the closing process on a monthly basis;
  • Maintain a solid relationship with banks and financial institutions to guarantee the best terms and conditions for the company.
  • Review, control and validate tax declarations as per country laws and regulations.
  • Assess current practices and procedures and conduct periodic evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities and system optimization.
  • Work with external and internal auditors and assist with the required information and documentation as appropriate;
  • Ensure the existing IT platform is optimally utilized and participate in the implementation of new systems/processes.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
  • CMA or CPA is a plus.
  • Four years of experience in a similar role
  • Proven skill for creating and implementing controlled document processes.
  • Extremely organized and efficient.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.

Executive Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage the Chairman’s calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communication on behalf of the Chairman.
  • Anticipate and prepare materials required for upcoming meetings, ensuring the Chairman is well-prepared.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute high-level meetings and events, both internal and external.
  • Draft and edit emails, letters, and other correspondence with precision and professionalism.
  • Organize and manage travel arrangements, including flight bookings, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Prepare agendas, take minutes, and ensure timely distribution of relevant materials.
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Ensure seamless logistics for the Chairman’s domestic and international travel.
  • Manage sensitive matters and maintain confidentiality in all interactions.
  • Liaise with other executives and departments to facilitate smooth workflow.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Chairman’s office, including supply management and coordination with support staff.
  • Conduct research and compile information for reports and presentations.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Two years of experience as an executive assistant.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with acute attention to detail.
  • Experience supporting high-level executives, particularly Chairman or CEO, is highly desirable.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant office software
  • Ability to communicate effectively with executives, board members, and other stakeholders.
